What is bike leasing?

The employer leases a bicycle/e-bike that the employee selects in one of our INTERSPORT Pötscher shops.

The company bike is made available to the employee for private use. The leasing rate can be deducted 100% from the gross salary through the so-called salary conversion. This reduces the wage tax and the social security assessment base. This reduction brings a saving of up to 35%.
